- Your analytics consent choice, stored locally in your browser for up to 180 days.
- If you accept analytics, information about visits and interactions such as pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser information, referrer, and events. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or message contents to Analytics.
- Information you choose to provide when you contact us by email or telephone.
Why we process it
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website on the basis of our legitimate interests in providing a reliable service.
- To answer enquiries and take steps you request before providing restaurant services.
- To understand website use and improve the site only when you consent to analytics. You can withdraw that consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.
Service providers
Vercel hosts and delivers the website. Google Analytics is loaded only after analytics consent. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards described in their own privacy documentation.
Retention
Google Analytics event and user data are configured for 14-month retention. Your local consent choice expires after 180 days. Hosting and security records are retained according to the provider’s operational policies. Contact correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the enquiry, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw analytics consent without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal. Requests are free in most cases and should be sent to mikriavra@gmail.com. We aim to respond within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority if your concern is not resolved.
